Fabrics are REGULAR scale unless otherwise noted. The largest images are printed at 2-3" in size.
Woven and cotton lycra are sold by the yard, a quantity of 1 = 1 yard, yardage is continuous when possible.
Cotton Woven: 140-150gsm 57" width.
Cotton Lycra: 180 GSM 60" width.
Vinyl is sold by the roll and approximately 13"x54". Rolls are not continous.

Returns or exchanges cannot be made unless a mistake has been made on our part. Should that be the case, we are happy to correct it when communicated within five (5) days of receiving an order. Slight fading of fabrics after washing is NOT a flaw and you will not be issued a refund. The method by which you wash your fabric is not at our discretion. We cannot guarantee the outcome of your preferred products. The printed color from strike offs to the bulk order may vary; this is not uncommon. Color may vary by 5-10%. This is not considered a flaw. Should a cosmetic flaw occur, a refund will be determined by the size of the flaw and the fabric’s use. Cosmetic mishaps such as smudging or irregularities on the selvage are not considered flaws.
Washing or altering the fabric (i.e., cutting, sewing, etc.) before reporting a cosmetic flaw to an admin voids policy. ANY issues with an order should also be reported to an admin within five (5) days of receiving fabric. Refunds or replacements will not be honored after a fabric has been altered. Members must contact an admin with five (5) days of receiving their fabric to disclose any flaws.
All items will be shipped via USPS. All ready to ship items currently have a 1-2 business day turnaround time. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. For any and all shipments, tracking will be provided. Please note, USPS First Class does not provide insurance for packages. If you'd like to make sure that your package is insured, selecting USPS Priority covers up to a $50 value (not including shipping).
Please be sure to review and enter the correct shipping address BEFORE checkout. Given that several orders are processed at a time it is most helpful that the correct address be listed so that the shipping process be as seamless as possible. Should a package be returned to sender, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.Pepper and Me is not resposible for lost, damaged or undeliverable packages.
If your package is lost, you must file a claim with the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE.
